W. Schön GmbH guarantees Sea Surfer watches, we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will replace any defective items you wish to return.

Please note the following limitations:
Item must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service before sending item back.
Items that have been worn or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from for a different model or color please follow these instructions.

3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
