A. You get redirected to Amazon.de because that is where we have our products for sale. We are listed with Amazon.de but your order is shipped out from our location. You can place your order and process your payment with Amazon.de, and the order will be fullfilled by us. This way we can offer you the best varieties of payment terms, as well as the security of a large business website.

Q. What happens after I place my order?
A. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
For advance payment, the amount to be paid will be on the e-mail confirmation along with details where to wire the amount. Only after receipt of the money will we ship our your parcel.A second e-mail confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped with a UPS tracking code.
For COD payment, we will pack your items and ship them once the order is received. A second e-mail confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped with a UPS tracking code. When UPS will deliver your parcel to you, please be ready to pay the amount as given in the e-mail confirmation. UPS will collect the amount for us.

Q. User instructions?
A. We try to include one set of instructions with every watch. However if you cannot seem to find our instructions you can simply download them. At this point in time however, we only have instructions available in German. To see the list of instruction manuals available please click here.

Q. What is the "removable back patch"?
A. On some of our models with leather bands, we have a removeable back patch. This back patch can be simply removed by sliding the bottom band out. And with a spring bar tool, you can remove the top band with the buckle to slide of the entire patch. If you do not have a spring bar tool, or know how to use one, please do not attempt to remove the patch as you may damage the watch.

Q. What kind of steel do you use?
A. Sea Surfer watches uses only 316L solid stainless steel. Please click here to learn more about our steel.

Q. How do I know if my watch is water resist?
A. Sea Surfer watches states the type of water resistance of your watch on the back of the case. In the marking it will either note the ATM or Meters the watch is tested to DIN industry standards. The different levels of water resistance as expressed in meters are only descriptive. The ATM or meters stated refer to the depth at which a watch will keep out water, if both watch and the water do not move. These conditions, of course, are never met in the real world. In reality, the movement of the person's arm in the water increases the pressure on the watch dramatically; thefeore do not wear the watch to the depths indicated by the testing machines.
