§ 3 Pricing
All prices are including shipping and handling within Germany and including German sales tax.
§ 4 Offer and contract execution
4.1 The products shown on this website do not constitute an offer. Sales contracts are not considered binding until Kronoberg GmbH has sent out a sales confirmation.
§ 5 Delivery Terms & Conditions
5.1 Kronoberg GmbH is not liable for delay of shipment due to labor disputes, Acts of God, natural disasters or other events beyond our control.
5.2 Goods paid for by cash on delivery (COD) or credit card usually get send out the next working day after the order is placed. Goods paid for by payment in advance usually are sent out one working day after the payment has been credited to our account.
§ 6 Payment Terms
6.1 Payments can be made by cash on delivery (COD), credit card, or payment in advance.
6.2 Payments made in advance must reach our account within seven business days. Otherwise we reserve the right to void the sales contract.
§ 7 Returns
We are convinced that you will love our watches, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, originally packaged merchandise for up to 14 days from receipt of the goods for a refund or exchange.
If you want to return a purchased item please contact us via eMail, phone or fax, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label.
For orginially packaged, unworn items we will reimburse you the entire purchase price.
Should returned items show signs of use, Sea Surfer watches will be entitled to reduce the refund price accordingly.
You MUST receive a shipping label from Sea Surfer before sending your order back. Please note that we WILL NOT accept postage collect packages.

§ 8 Transport Risk
The risk of loss or damage to goods is transferred to the buyer at receipt of the goods.
§ 9 Withholding of Payment
Customers are only allowed to withhold payment if their counter claims are undisputed or reflect a court judgement.
§ 10 Privacy Protection
Customers agree to have their personal data processed and stored. Data will only be used for transaction related data. Data will only be transferred to third parties in case the transfer is necessary for transaction completion.
§ 11 Error and change
We reserve the right to correct product descriptions and prices in case of typing error. We reserve the right for technical changes and minor color variations.
§ 12 Complaints and warranty
12.1 Customers have to check goods upon receipt for defects. Any product defects have to be reported to Kronoberg GmbH within 14 days. Normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, lack of care or improper handling are not considered product defects.
12.2 Kronoberg GmbH’s liability in any dispute is limited to the amount of the original sales Invoice.
12.3 Your SEA SURFER brand watch is warranted by Kronoberg GmbH for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Sea Surfer Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period the watch movement is the only component covered under this warranty. Watches with warranty claims will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of Kronoberg GmbH) free of repair charges. A return shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty and non-warranty service outside of Germany.
The warranty does not cover:
- Battery, dial, hands, crystal, strap or bracelet
-Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear
-Water damage
-Damage caused by watch repair or battery replacement by a non-certified jeweler or watch repair technician. Any such repair voids this warranty.
If the problem is not covered by warranty or if your warranty has expired, please contact us for a quote for any neccessary work.
Should service be required, please send your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, warranty card, description of the problem, and check or credit card information to:

Your watch will be repaired or exchanged, and returned to you within 3 to 5 weeks of the date that we receive your package. We encourage you to send your package certified, insured or through a traceable shipper. Kronoberg GmbH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note we will not accept packages sent postage collect. The warranty is non-transferable.
§ 13 Property rights
All goods remain property of Kronoberg GmbH until they are fully paid for and until all deadlines for payment cancelation have passed.
§ 14 Jurisdiction
All sales contracts are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes have to be filed in the Krefeld court. Kronoberg GmbH reserves the right to sue at the court venue responsible for the clients territory.
§ 15 Other determinations
Should a court of law find any of the stipulations set forth above as void the remaining stipulations shall remain in effect. The voideed stipulation shall be replaced with a new stipulation that comes closest to the spirit of the original stipulation.
The German version of these Terms & Conditions titled AGBs is superior to this English translation. This translation is supposed to be viewed as a document conveying the spirit and general meaning of the German version. For all legal procedings only the German version shall be used.
